Composting is one of them we run a great composting system,using unique inputs and methods.

We also have a great deal of success growing food and seedlings.

Let one our most experienced facilitators,share his know how and systems with you.Composting and seed raising are two vital elements for a successful organic garden.

Once you have attended this workshop you will feel confident that you can achieve both.This workshop will be ideal for beginners as well as experienced gardeners.

There will be workshop notes and handouts as well as a great morning tea.

Herb King Dan Watering the New Compost Windrow

On the 20^th of June Gold Coast Permacultures own Dan the herb man and Soil Mix Specialist Dan Smith will be conducting a workshop showing you how  he makes his compost and how you can make an active compost at home using common waste materials.

Dan will also show you how he uses his compost to make the superior quality seed raising mix and potting mix he uses in his nursery for all his plants and seedlings.

Dan will also be sharing with you the propagation and potting up techniques  he uses and will also be passing on some of the extensive knowledge he has  about some of the wonderful medicinal herbs he is so passionate about growing.

Also be one of the first to walk through Dan’s new nursery that he has just finished setting up.
