We are so pleased to be presenting this workshop.
Sylvia and Lois our two intrepid members who are part of the wonderful team behind our cookbook,will be sharing the knowledge they have gained over the years in regards to nutrition and cooking.

Lois is our famous morning tea lady,who has been delivering goodies for the past couple of years at our workshops,she has got a whole range of tips and tricks to share and some great recipes on the day. Image may be NSFW.

Sylvia Ramsay, our resident nutritionist has a deep insight into the difference between coeliac disease and gluten intolerance and will be happy to answer your questions from a nutritionist perspective.Sylvia has recently undertaken a masters degree in nutrition.Healthy diets and making the best food choices are very close to her heart.
